2. Estimates and Project Scope

Estimates and proposals are based on the information available at the time they are prepared. The final scope and price may change if previously concealed or unknown conditions are discovered during the work.

Examples may include damaged or deteriorated sheathing, rot, structural issues, moisture damage, or other conditions that could not reasonably be identified before work began.

Any additional work or costs will be communicated to the customer for approval when reasonably practicable before the additional work is performed.

3. Materials and Manufacturer Warranties

Materials used for a project may be subject to warranties provided by their respective manufacturers. Manufacturer warranties are separate from any workmanship warranty provided by ANPoint Exteriors LLC.

The availability and terms of any manufacturer warranty depend on the specific product and manufacturer requirements.

4. Workmanship Warranty

ANPoint Exteriors LLC may provide a workmanship warranty as specified in the applicable project contract or proposal.

Warranty coverage applies only to the work and conditions specifically covered by the applicable warranty. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, third-party work, severe weather or other events outside the scope of the workmanship warranty.

5. Project Schedule and Weather

Project schedules are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, inspections, permits, site conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Roofing and exterior construction work may need to be postponed due to rain, snow, high winds, extreme temperatures, or other unsafe working conditions.

Weather-related or other reasonable delays do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing ANPoint Exteriors LLC with reasonable access to the property and work areas.

The customer should inform us of known property conditions, access restrictions, underground or concealed systems, and other circumstances that may affect the project.

The customer is also responsible for removing or securing personal items that could be affected by construction activities unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Payments

Payment terms, deposits, progress payments, and the final payment will be established in the applicable project agreement or proposal.

The customer agrees to make payments according to the agreed payment schedule.

Additional work or materials requested or approved by the customer may result in additional charges.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms may vary depending on the project and will be specified in the applicable contract or proposal.

If a customer cancels or reschedules a project, ANPoint Exteriors LLC may be entitled to recover reasonable costs already incurred for materials, labor, scheduling, permits, or other project-related expenses, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Property Conditions and Pre-Existing Damage

ANPoint Exteriors LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions that were not caused by our work.

Construction may reveal conditions that were not visible or reasonably discoverable before the project began. When such conditions affect the scope, safety, or cost of the work, additional work may require customer approval.

10. Website Content

The content of this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to ANPoint Exteriors LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without permission.

Project photographs and examples shown on the website are provided for informational purposes. Actual materials, colors, finishes, and project results may vary depending on the property, product, lighting, and other conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ANPoint Exteriors LLC will not be responsible for losses or damages resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, acts of government, material shortages, utility issues, or other unforeseen conditions.
